WORLD MEAT CONGRESS
Every two years, meat professionals from throughout the world gather together at the IMS World Meat Congress to interchange ideas, meet their counterparts from other countries, discuss the state of the industry and analyse trends and issues which are set to influence its future. Delegates are addressed by internationally renowned experts in their field.
Recent Congresses have taken place in Sydney (1993), Denver (1995), Beijing (1997), Dublin (1999), Belo Horizonte (2000), Berlin (2002), Winnipeg (2004) and Brisbane (2006).
