The Sixth IMS World Pork Conference will be held in Bonn on 6-7 October 2011. Against a backdrop of rising demand for the world’s most popular meat, pork industry representatives will gather to be briefed on the latest trends, and to assess the future prospects for production, consumption and international trade. The great advantage of this year’s Conference is that it will take place just prior to the bi-annual ANUGA trade fair in Cologne. The Maritim Hotel, which boasts top notch conference facilities, will house Conference delegates who can prolong their stay for the ANUGA.
